You want to get back to doing what you love, without pain holding you back. Dr. Shawn Robek has spent more than 27 years helping people get there.
Shawn is a Sports Chiropractor and founder of Fix Medical Group, where he leads a team of providers united by one goal: helping patients regain their health and return to the activities that matter to them. His expertise spans Sports Rehabilitation, Functional Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine, treating both the physical and internal sides of your health for results that last.
Shawn’s own experience with injury shapes how he partners with every patient, building the trust that turns a treatment plan into real progress. That same drive led him to create the RESTART Wellness Program, one of his proudest achievements.
His work extends beyond the clinic. Shawn consults for the NFL, NHL, MLB, and PGA, has served as a PGA Tour Chiropractor and Olympic Training Center Physiotherapist, and created the Foundations of Joint Manipulation Course.
Shawn holds a degree from New York Chiropractic College and gives back through his board role with Urban Street Angels and support for organizations like Make-A-Wish and Chelsea’s Light Foundation.
Work with Shawn, and get back to living the life you want, pain-free and at your full potential.

You want to feel supported from the moment you walk through the door. Brittany McDonald makes sure that happens.
As Clinic Director at Fix Medical Group, Brittany leads the patient experience from start to finish, making every visit smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Originally from San Diego, she brings several years of experience in the wellness field and a genuine commitment to helping people feel cared for as they work toward their health goals.
Brittany believes a positive, welcoming environment is part of great care, not separate from it. That belief shows in how she runs the clinic and how she treats every patient who walks in.
Outside the clinic, Brittany enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and her goldendoodle, staying active outdoors, reading, and being near the water.
Kristen is originally from southern California and spent time growing up in Idaho. She attended the College of Southern Idaho where she obtained her Registered Nursing degree in 2006. In 2013, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, in 2018 graduated magnum cum laude from Chamberlain with a Master of Science in Nursing, obtaining her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Kristen is a hands-on provider who loves making a difference in her patients’ lives. Because of her background, she can be a provider and still bring the nursing aspect into the care. This selfless, caring, empathy is what makes her a great fit at FIX.
For Kristen, it’s not just about prescribing medication, but about focusing on and figuring out what the cause of the disease or illness is and making the right changes.
Being able to help people at pivotal moments in their lives and creating a difference keeps her going.
Kori is a certified personal trainer and strength coach. She is an ASU graduate of Biomedical Science and a nationally certified Emergency Paramedic. Being engaged in sports starting at an early age, she has developed a passion for human biology with a focus in physical fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Prior to moving to Arizona, Kori coached karate, MMA, and jiu jitsu to all age groups. This gave her the opportunity to train with elite athletes and learn from some of the top trainers in the field.
As a paramedic she sees firsthand how acute and chronic injuries greatly impact an individual’s performance and quality of life. Because of this, Kori helps clients live a healthy lifestyle and provide programs that get them back to doing what they love.
You want a team that’s invested in your results, not just your visit. Jesika Casey has been part of that team since 2014.
Jesika has worked alongside Dr. Shawn Robek in a range of roles, including Office Manager, Case Manager, and Director of Operations, building a deep understanding of what patients need at every stage of their care. Today, she oversees the operations that keep Fix Medical Group running smoothly, from staffing and scheduling to the systems that hold every department together.
Jesika makes sure every patient moves through care with ease, from their first call to their release from care. She believes the experience behind the scenes matters just as much as the care itself, and she works to remove friction wherever it shows up so patients can focus on getting better.
Jesika’s passion is guiding patients through their health journey and watching the transformations that come from the dedicated care Fix Medical Group provides. That’s the reason she’s stayed for over a decade, and the reason she keeps showing up for every patient who walks through the door.
