Shawn at Fix Medical Group made my first chiropractic experience absolutely incredible. His approach completely put me at ease. During his analysis and information gathering portion of the appointment, his attention to detail was incredible. He listened, asked great questions and was able to draw some crucial additional pieces of information out of me that I didn’t think pertained (but they did). He made sure I understood what he thought the problem was and we are in the process of creating a game plan to fix it. I’m a 30yr old avid CrossFitter and hiker and have had chronic low back pain for years. After the first appointment, I felt the best I have felt in 10 years. I can’t wait to continue to work with Shawn and his team. I would give Shawn and Fix Medical 6 stars if I could. Great experience!! Definitely will go back.

I first learned about Dr. Shawn Robek, from Sue Falsone at a Perform Better Seminar. She highly recommended Dr Shawn and said he would be able to help. I had a total knee reconstruction of my left knee, all new ligaments. I was about a year out when we first met and I was in constant pain, with every step I took. I wasn’t able to flex my quad due to severe muscle atrophy and I thought I would never squat again. I just finished my 12th session with him and I’m squatting, lunging, jumping and walking with no pain! I worked really hard inside his gym and did the homework as he requested. We built a friendship that will last forever ! Thank you, Dr Shawn, for being you! May God continue to bless you and your business!

Everybody that I have met that works here is great! I’ve been to several doctors over the last few months, and I am actually scheduled to have eight-disc fusion surgery in June, but I have had 3 sessions with Shawn and he really knows the human body. He is aggressive in his treatment, but he knows what he’s doing, and I am so glad that I started seeing him. Before I couldn’t even walk my dog to the mailbox without my sciatica really killing me, but today after my appointment with Shawn, I could walk to the mailbox without my leg bothering me at all. So, then I walked another mile, which is big for me. Normally I can’t walk more than a couple hundred feet without my sciatica killing me because of the curve in my back. I’m glad I found these guys and I will continue my treatment with them.

Weight loss injections were originally used at treatment for weight management, appetite and blood sugar support for those with type 2 diabetes. However, the benefits have been outstanding amongst otherwise healthy individuals seeking effective weight loss solutions. The Food and Drug Administration-approved medication combines the jobs of two hormones in your body: sugar regulation and appetite satiation. These injectables generate substantial weight loss by regulating how your body uses insulin and lowering caloric uptake, with improved glycemic control—dual advantages in one therapy.
Weight loss injections mimic how incretin hormones work. They are the major metabolic regulators. These hormones do multiple things, including slowing gastric emptying, stimulating meal-related insulin secretion, and inhibiting meal-related glucagon production. Thus, with this compound increased, blood sugar control improved, subjects maintain fullness after meals, overall caloric intake is reduced, and weight loss occurs.
Weight Loss Injections have proven efficient results in achieving weight loss, especially in patients for whom diets and sports did not help. It improves glycemic control by regulating the sugar level in the blood and preventing complications from diabetes. The medication also suppresses appetite, leading to a natural reduction in caloric intake. This action maintains weight loss over time. Preliminary studies indicate that Weight Loss Injections may also contribute to improved cardiovascular health. In easy weekly injections, this treatment is much more convenient than taking a daily medicine that requires morning and evening dosing and should thus be much easier for patients to maintain consistency with their treatment programs.
People might experience nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. However, these will reduce over time as the body adjusts to the medicine. More severe side effects are rare and may consist of pancreatitis and kidney problems. It is essential to discuss with a healthcare provider about the potential risks so you can make sure that Weight Loss Injections will be safe for your health.
Weight Loss Injections are indicated for adults with type 2 diabetes and people who are obese or overweight who have been unable to shed weight through conventional methods. This would especially apply to those patients looking for a medicine that could control blood sugar levels and be instrumental in weight loss. However, this should continually be assessed by the healthcare provider for appropriateness based on individual health conditions and treatment goals.

Weight loss injections are generally safe when prescribed and monitored by a healthcare professional. They are FDA-approved and clinically tested for weight management. However, like any medication, they may have side effects, such as nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort. Always discuss your medical history with a clinician to ensure safety and suitability.
The cost of weight loss injections varies depending on the medication, dosage, and insurance coverage – or not. Although some are cheaper, it often comes with a cost. Pay less, get less results, is often how it goes. At FIX, our clients want proven results, so we stick with proven weight loss shots.
The effects of weight loss injections depend on the specific medication and individual response. For example, some are taken once weekly, where as others require daily injections. Consistent use, combined with diet and exercise, is key to achieving and maintaining results. Long-term use may be necessary to sustain weight loss.
Most weight loss injections should be stored in the refrigerator (35°F to 46°F) before use. Once in use, some can be kept at room temperature for a limited time. Always check the product instructions or consult your pharmacist for specific storage guidelines to ensure effectiveness.
