The Normatec 3 Full Body system is now available at Fix, giving you access to the same compression therapy trusted by professional athletes to improve recovery, circulation, and overall performance.

1. How do I become a Fix RED member?
You can sign up by calling us at 480-795-5329. Memberships begin the day you sign up, and you’ll receive immediate access to all member benefits.
2. What are the benefits of membership?
As a Fix RED member, you’ll receive:
# Unlimited use of Red-Light therapy bed
# Access to our fully equipped gym

3. How much does membership cost?
Memberships are $300/month for individuals, or $450/month for couples.
4. How do I access the office?
Members receive a unique PIN code that gives them 24/7 access to the office.
5. How do I schedule an appointment for Red Light?
Click the scheduling link in your member portal. If you do not yet have an online account, reach out to us and we’ll help you get set up.
6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Please provide at least 30 days’ notice by emailing or calling our office.
7. Can I pause my membership if I’m unable to use it?
Yes, memberships can be paused for up to 2 months per calendar year. Contact our office to request a pause.
8. Are member discounts valid on all services?
Most services are included, but there are a few exceptions (e.g., third-party labs). Feel free to ask if you have a question about a specific product or service.
9. Can family members use my membership?
Memberships are individual, but we do offer family add-on options at a reduced rate.
10. How do I schedule my free wellness consultation?
You’ll be able to schedule your consultation online or by calling the office. We recommend booking this within your first month so we can help you set health goals.

We’ll email you the monthly special, and it will also be listed in your member portal.
